Food at an event should be perfect for the context.

We offer genuinely bespoke food, writing a new menu for every event that we do. Sometimes an event requires complexity, and sometimes simple and seasonal is best.

For the past decade we have been designing, cooking and serving food and drink for clients looking for an alternative to the usual template of event food. We produce dinners that tell a story, canapés that reflect your ideas and food installations that guests can explore and interact with.

CREATIVE PROJECTS

As well as giving us pleasure and sustenance, food can express and explore ideas.

Food is a gateway to investigating history, geography, agriculture, biology, chemistry, politics, architecture…

We work collaboratively with makers and researchers in other fields to design and present food for exciting public events around the world, including theatre shows, museum lates, immersive cinema and VR experiences.

WINE SERVICES

If you are looking to organise a tasting, we would love to help.

Tastings can be online, at your place of work, home or other venue. They can be in person or with samples sent to you. All levels of experience can be catered for with a friendly, relaxed approach to tasting.

Sustainability in the farming, winemaking and transit, as well as for all the people involved, are of utmost importance. Our sister company Perennial Wine also hosts a range of tasting events focusing on sustainability in wine.
