Food at an event should be perfect for the context.
We offer genuinely bespoke food, writing a new menu for every event that we do. Sometimes an event requires complexity, and sometimes simple and seasonal is best.
For the past decade we have been designing, cooking and serving food and drink for clients looking for an alternative to the usual template of event food. We produce dinners that tell a story, canapés that reflect your ideas and food installations that guests can explore and interact with.

CREATIVE FOOD PROJECTS
As well as giving us pleasure and sustenance, food can express and explore ideas. Food is a gateway to investigating history, geography, agriculture, biology, chemistry, politics, architecture… We work collaboratively with makers and researchers in other fields to design and present food for exciting public events around the world.

CONSULTING AND EDUCATION
Alongside events we offer a food and drink consultancy. We are fascinated by ingredients and culinary processes, and can bring our knowledge to development processes for new products and menus and wine lists.
We also give presentations and run food workshops for groups of all ages and abilities. Recent topics include Bread & Butter Making, Food & Design and Cooking with Foraged Ingredients.
